RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns are to be sent to a specific address. To start a return, please contact us so we can guide you properly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with tags. Additionally, all items provided as freebies (such as stickers, gifts, etc.) must be included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may request a return or replacement if you have received an incorrect size, design, or damaged products. However, if the items were received correctly based on your order and are in brand-new condition, all sales are final. In such cases, we will not approve return requests or issue replacements.

All requests are subject to approval within 1-2 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email confirmation, a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted. All approved returns must be shipped back within 2-3 days, otherwise, the return request will be forfeited.

After receiving the item, we will assess its condition to ensure it meets the specified criteria for being in good condition, as outlined above. Subsequently, we will proceed to process the new order in accordance with our Shipping Standards (Processing & Delivery). Kindly be aware that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with the new item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please remember to document the unboxing process with both video and photos.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Regrettably, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable to sale items, gift cards, or items marked as final sale. Should you have any inquiries or concerns regarding your specific item, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

EXCHANGES
Kindly be informed that we do not facilitate exchanges. Our sales are considered final, and therefore, items cannot be swapped for alternate sizes, colors, or styles.

REFUNDS
We understand that occasionally there may be issues with our products that may necessitate a refund. We strive to ensure the highest quality in all our offerings, but in the event that a problem arises and there are no similar items available for replacement, we will proceed to evaluate the returned item and make it right. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
